Payments & Insurance

Fees & Payment
Our typical fee is $150 for a 50-minute (hour) session and $190 for the initial 80-minute intake session. Currently, clients pay out-of-pocket for services via cash, check, or Venmo. Full payment for all services is the client's responsibility at the time of service, regardless of possible reimbursement by insurance providers.

 

Sliding Scale
Some clients may be eligible for reduced rates based on availability and financial hardship, following our sliding fee scale. Please feel free to ask about your eligibility during our initial consultation.

 

Insurance
We are not currently on any insurance provider panels but will soon become an out-of-network provider for specific insurance provider plans. Your plan may cover a portion of our services and in these cases it remains the responsibility of the client to pay for services at the time of the session and then seek reimbursement. 

 

We will generate itemized statements of service for your use for possible insurance plan reimbursement and/or associated with Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) submittals upon request.

 

Cancellation Policy
Strata Psychotherapy & ADHD Services, LLC requires 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. Appointments missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed directly to you at full fee unless other agreed-upon arrangements are made. Fees for missed or late-canceled appointments will be payable by the next scheduled appointment and it is the client's responsibility to pay these fees.
